BanCorp Properties is looking to Increase Market Share in Aliso Viejo Real Estate Market - The Company Will Focus On Internet Marketing and Social Media Postings

BanCorp Properties: Aliso Viejo Homes For Sale

This is a reblog to a press release released on Press Release Point on Tuesday.

BanCorp Real Estate Group in its ongoing pursuit of easier and faster™ (and smarter) Aliso Viejo real estate announces plan to heighten brand awareness and increase market share in Aliso Viejo housing market.

BanCorp Properties, a company that is recognized in the real estate industry for its willingness to step outside the box when it will position the company’s clients for a potentially higher net gain on the purchase or sale of home is seeking to gain market share in the Aliso Viejo real estate market in what appears to be a rather average marketing model being displayed by the larger national agencies. The company believes that it can accomplish this goal by re-launching its popular buyers rebate program and by stepping up efforts in its internet and social media advertising. The company believes that by combining these efforts into one unified marketing effort should allow the company to make significant gains.

BanCorp Properties: Aliso Viejo Luxury Real Estate For Sale

BanCorp did not release information regarding whether it anticipated hiring any additional Aliso Viejo Realtors to add to existing base of professionals or not. However, based on information released as part of its new market initiative which was launched in the 2nd quarter of 2014, it would be highly unlikely if the organization did not add some additional professionals to meet the increasing demand that would be created by the new marketing effort being focused on social media posting, internet advertising and the implementation of the buyers rebate program. Under the previously successful program, the company rebates back to the client 25% of the company’s gross commission upon the successful close of escrow to be used in any manner the person wishes.

The company said on Tuesday that it believes that by targeting the self-replicating social media hubs such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and LinkedIn, it will be able to aggressively market to the local Aliso Viejo Real Estate Agent, with an added bonus being that the posting always has the potential to go viral creating additional exposure for a particular property. BanCorp believes that the home rebate program by itself will increase its representations for people who are looking for homes for sale in Aliso Viejo. The company believes that the internet and social media advertising campaign will allow it to bolster its inventory of Aliso Viejo real estate listings. With this multi-pronged marketing effort, the company hopes to gain momentum throughout the spring rolling into the summer at which time it believes that the Federal Reserve might possibly increase long-term interest rates which could slow things down in the housing market.

New Social Media Advertising Campaign is Hypersensitive in Aliso Viejo Real Estate Market.

This is re-blog to a press-release released on PRLOG on Friday.

BanCorp Properties is increasing its presence in the Aliso Viejo real estate market through a new push in marketing assets towards social media.

BanCorp Properties announced on Friday that it is focusing in on the Aliso Viejo real estate market in a multi-pronged marketing effort where they are moving the emphasis away from print media and the more traditional means of reaching clients – and channeling resources and company assets with a heavy emphasis on both well-known social media such as Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn and Facebook, and also moving to some of the lesser known but potentially potent smaller social media channels such as RESAAS and Active Rain. The sole motivating factor for the company to change their marketing effort is to secure a greater MLS inventory of Aliso Viejo properties and to further exploit the luxury market for Aliso Viejo homes for sale.

Greg Steinaker – Managing General Partner Of BanCorp Properties was quoted as saying “ by taking advantage of the self-replicating where we are able to zero-in on the local Aliso Viejo real estate professional while simultaneously targeting our most high probability local, regional, national and international buyers, we will be able to self-generate new marketing funneling channels that the present market has not fully considered, what we are accomplishing is taking the older-school traditional marketing models and then multiplying them exponentially – making Aliso Viejo real estate more attractive to buyers and sellers who use social media to search for homes.” It is estimated that approximately 90% of people who are in the market to purchase a home start their search for homes on the internet.

BanCorp believes that a focused and intense, on-going market campaign without any predetermined time-frame for expiration will allow the company to make great strides in their rankings across all of the major search engines – which is the sole motivating factor for initiating the marketing effort in the first place. The company believes that if it can increase its pipeline to its existing base of Aliso Viejo Realtors, the only likely result would be increased sales and down-the-road repeat business. If BanCorp adds to its existing base of Aliso Viejo Real Estate Agents this would only be an additional advantage of this highly intensified marketing effort. BanCorp Properties will continue it on-going blog postings to compliment this new social media push.

BanCorp REG: easier and faster™ Aliso Viejo homes for sale

BanCorp Real Estate Group in its ongoing pursuit of easier and faster™ Orange County real estate continues our market expansion into Aliso Viejo real estate.
BanCorp REG is recognized in the real estate industry for its disciplined risk-taking and overall commonsense approach to business, and we are looking to add market share in what appears to be a rather ordinary Aliso Viejo housing marketing model. We see a real opportunity to increase market share in the Aliso Viejo real estate market by aggressively marketing our popular website www.easierandfaster.com and by extending its Buyer’s Agent Direct Real Estate Rebate Program through the end of the calendar year, 2014. The “easier and faster” marketing campaign has been extremely successful in Southern California and our 25% Home Rebate Program has been going momentum since its launch in February, 2014.

BanCorp Properties: Aliso Viejo Realtors and Aliso Viejo Real Estate Agents
We have not decided yet whether we are going to add any new Aliso Viejo Realtors to their existing core base at this point or not. However, it would be highly unlikely if we didn’t add some additional Aliso Viejo Real Estate Agents to help us meet increasing demand for our California Home Rebate Program. In this real estate rebate program, when BanCorp represents a client as an Aliso Viejo buyer’s agent, we will rebate back its client’s 25% of BanCorp’s gross commission at the close of the escrow to be used for any purpose that our client wishes. BanCorp Properties is recognized in the real estate industry for being an ambitious Southern California Real Estate Company with aggressive goals and a bright future to look forward to. We had announced previously in the year that it had planned on hiring over 120 Realtors by the end of Q2, 2015 in the greater South Orange County housing market prior to launching our expansion into North County San Diego.
