Talega San Clemente Real Estate Market Update

The Talega homes for sale are just up the hill from some of the southlands most famous beaches including Lost Winds, The Pier, North Beach, Linda Lane, Calafia, Riviera, The Hole, T-Street, 204, Uppers, Lowers and Middles. The city of San Clemente is also famous for being a hub for surfing publications including Surfing Magazine, Long-Board Journal and Surfer’s Journal. The surfboard manufactures in the city include Lost, Noll, Stewart and Timmy Patterson Surfboards, as well as Paul Carter, Terry Senate and Dewey Weber Surfboards. The Talega properties are close to San Clemente High School which has won numerous NSSA national surfing titles. The point being: the Talega homes for sale are not adjacent to the ocean, but you can’t deny the influence that the city of San Clemente has on the community – the two are interchangeable.
