You can burn calories, strengthen your muscles, using only a chair in Zumba Toning, which is set to Latin-infused music. The classes are held at Iglesa Park Community Center from 7:00 – 8:00 p.m., and the fee is $3 donation for the instructor. On Tuesdays from 9:15 – 10:00 a.m. you can Lap Swim and stay fit by exercising in the pool. You can sign up for either a day pass or a season pass. The fee is $10.00 per class, with pool entrance fee waived (for class attendance only), and it is located at the Aliso Viejo Aquatics Center. The Outdoor Explorations Golf Program is designed for adults that are 50+. It promotes healthier aging through the beautiful game of golf, and it is affiliated with the CSU Fullerton. There is no cost to join, and you will enjoy free practice times, access to golf lessons, monthly special formats and special events throughout the year. It is held at the Lake Forest Golf Course and Practice Center off of El Toro Road.
