Upcoming Events in Buena Park Community - Buena Park Housing Market Update
The city of Buena Park has many upcoming events scheduled for the residents of Buena Park this Fall. On September 24th from 8:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. at The Plaza at Ehlers Event Center you will find the Autumn Nights at the Plaza Presents “Post Mortem”. This show is a Sherlock Holmes” “whodunit?” type of mystery play loaded with distinctive suspects and loaded with suspense and laughter. On October 1st at the Buena Park Community Center from 1:00 to 4:00 the city is hosting its 4th annual “Buena Park goes to College”. This event is where students and parents of all age are invited to attend a free informational seminar on “going to college”, where you can learn how to go to college. On October 7th, the city is hosting the Arirang Festival of Orange, a weekend festival that celebrates international culture. The event is being held at the Buena Park City Hall and here you can eat, sing and immerse yourself in this multicultural event. On October 14th you will find the 60th Annual Silverado Days which is being held at the William Peak Park. The city is celebrating 60 year of hometown family fun. There will also be a 5K Fun Run and Walk as well as a Classic Car Show.
The Buena Park residential market is surrounded by Cerritos, La Palma, Anaheim, Fullerton and La Mirada, and most famously known for being the home of Knott’s Berry Farm (and Soak City). The Buena Park real estate market is found in North Orange County, and it is one of the county’s oldest communities. The majority of the Buena Park properties are tract homes (single level), you will also find a few condos and townhomes scattered across the city. The homes for sale in Buena Park are some of the most affordable in Orange County, and are a popular option among potential home-owners due to their central location (in between Los Angeles and Irvine). BanCorp Properties has been serving in the Buena Park community for over 2 decades in the capacity of a licensed Real Estate Broker, and we have always stood for easier and faster™ (and smarter) Buena Park real estate.
