If a Realtor does not have passion, the day-to-day dealing’s in the marketplace can become very mundane. Everything is a “van to” and nothing is a “want to”. Passion is an incredible asset for any person, but especially for professionals in real estate. It will keep a team-member at BanCorp going when other company’s employees quit. When we are passionate it becomes contagious and it influences other excellent people in the industry to join our firm. It pushes us through the toughest of times and gives us energy we did not know we possessed.
